Terravita’s 18 hole championship private golf course in North Scottsdale, designed by the highly regarded golf course architects Casper/Nash & Associates, integrates the natural landscape and offers a challenging yet playable golf experience. Terravita’s golf club practice facilities include a large, two-way driving range as well as chipping and putting greens. Playable for everyone with five sets of tees. The pro shop is located in the Clubhouse and provides everything from golf apparel to equipment.

Terravita Golf Club Information 2022
As Project Renovate 2022 nears completion and members are anxiously awaiting opening day, our membership situation has changed significantly. We currently have a waiting list for golf memberships because, like most other Scottsdale private golf courses after COVID, there is way more demand than supply.
Golf initiation fees have increased to
- $50,000 for Terravita residents
- $55,000 for non Terravita residents
